Hi, I’m Jayne, a qualified Integrative Counsellor committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where individuals can feel heard, understood, and valued.
I am a registered member of NCPS (awaiting accreditation), registered with ICO, fully insured with Hollistic Insurance and I am fully DBS checked.
My counselling journey started in 2021 as I had a curiosity for a deeper understanding of why and how people behave the way they do. Quickly, I developed a strong passion and profound love for counselling. Fuelled by my pursuit of knowledge, I obtained a Level 2 Counselling Diploma, Level 3 Counselling Diploma and finally in 2025, I completed my foundation degree of science in counselling with a distinction, leading me to study for another year (my top up year) where I explored working with relationships and children and young people leading to my graduation in October 2026.
With years of hands-on experience supporting people through life’s challenges, I specialise in domestic abuse and grief counselling, alongside a wide range of other issues including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
As a single mum raising two children, I understand how difficult life can feel at times — especially when guilt sets in after saying no to a loved one, or when your thoughts begin to spiral.
I have personally experienced what it feels like to struggle with self-worth and to constantly place other people’s needs before my own, only to realise that this was not healthy for either myself or those around me.
Through accepting support and recognising that asking for help is neither failure nor weakness, I learned the importance of valuing myself, maintaining healthy boundaries, and staying true to my core values. This journey has helped me become stronger, more grounded, and ultimately led me to where I am today.
If you are struggling, please know you do not have to face things alone. Taking the first step towards healing can feel daunting, but it can also be life-changing.
I invite you to begin your own healing journey — and when you are ready, please get in touch.
